Her customer service/hospitality experience exceeds 20 years, with her customers and guests always being put first; including restaurants, retail, bed and breakfasts, and owning her own restaurant. Zonya is an absolute asset to our team! As Hospitality Coordinator, she brings over 20 years of experience in customer care. Known for her friendliness and enthusiasm, she loves helping people and says it's the "best part of her job." Zonya is happy to provide personal knowledge of St Croix, and offer well-informed suggestions on activities, restaurants, as well as answer any questions to ensure every guest has the best possible experience while vacationing with us.

Additionally, guests can choose to have their vacation home, villa, or condo stocked with pre-ordered groceries that are waiting upon their arrival. Zonya does all the extras so you can have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! 

Susan is a valued member of our team! If we need something fixed, she's the first person we call. From weekly property checks & inspections to ensure things are running smoothly, to repairs, to preventative maintenance, she is always on top of things with a positive attitude. Susan comes to us from Pratt and Whitney, where she was the Senior Technical Lead for 11 years. She enjoys "tinkering" with a wide variety of projects. She loves her clients and is always willing to go outside of the "normal" realm of a maintenance person!
